To return a purchase made on a different platform, please follow that platform's return process.
If your item has arrived defective or damaged, reach out to us for assistance through our Contact Form . We may not require a return, depending on your case.
All orders are eligible for free returns within 30 days of purchase, so just head on over to the return portal to get started and get your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Return requests received within 14 days of purchase will be eligible for refunds back to the original payment method on file or store credit/exchanges, whichever you prefer. Return requests received after the 14 day mark will be only be eligible for store credit/exchanges.
Items must be returned in New condition and with all original packaging and parts.
Returns must receive approval from Brightech (via our Return Portal) prior to being shipped back to our warehouse. The return address on your original shipment IS NOT the address where we are capable of receiving your return.
Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days from the date of purchase or 14 days of receiving Brightech's return approval and prepaid label, whichever comes later.
Items are expected to be be properly repackaged to reasonably prevent damage during return shipment.
Original shipping costs paid are nonrefundable.
We aim to accept every single return request with zero hassle. However, if a return is not shipped back to us in line with our guidelines and is received in poor condition, restocking fees will apply and the refund may be denied in full. We ask our customers to take proper care with their returns so that we are not put in the unfortunate position position of having to retain any of your funds.
