Brightech items are a great gift idea, and lots of people send them out to family and friends, or request them on registries! If you find yourself the recipient of a "Mystery Brightech Order", we recommend reaching out to your loved ones to see if they sent it.
If you are unable to figure out who might have given it to you and have a package slip with an order number on it, we'd be happy to check on our end, but please note that we sell on several different websites such as Amazon and Houzz, and don't always have access to customers' personal or shipping information.
