My Lamp Doesn't Work or Has Stopped Working Out of the Blue

We're here to help! Here are some quick fixes that may resolve the issue:

Try plugging your lamp into another outlet; When doing so, tap the power button just once and wait a few minutes, the LED capacitor may need time to warm up.

If you have another lamp from Brightech with the same adapter, try using that adapter with the non-working lamp to see if that helps.

Try disassembling and reassembling it.
