Our 3 year* warranty offers coverage for all purchases of brand-new Brightech products acquired from our authorized sales partners.
No warranty registration is required upon receiving your product. However in order to receive assistance under our warranty, we will require proof of purchase (usually an order number or receipt) to confirm that the purchase was made through an eligible sales party and that it is within the 3- or 5-year warranty period.
If your purchase cannot be confirmed, you may still reach out for assistance and we will help with providing parts for purchase wherever possible.
